The Budget Passed.
Budget Vote Night brought so many families down to Lynwood. There was the amazing Art Show, a Teacher Bake Sale, Dance Lessons in the Gym with the Fifth Grade Ballroom Dance participants, and Family Craft Night.
The night was an enormous success.
Thank you to all who came down to vote.
A great big thank you to the Teachers for baking all those wonderful treats and donating all the profits to the PTA.
We also want to extend our sincerest gratitude to Erica and Deb from Ducky's Crafts. It was a terrific experience, and you were all so helpful. There were nothing but great compliments for you and your staff.
Patty Klos and Merry Bajger did a wonderful organizing and running both the Mother Son and Mother Daughter Events. A great time was had by all, thank you so very much Ladies for all of your hard work.
Thank you Christine and Stefanie and the many wonderful volunteers, for the great job at the Plant Sale. The choices were beautiful.

On May 20, we held our last official PTA Meeting and Election. I would like to welcome the new PTA Board for Lynwood Avenue School PTA.

This year has been an amazingly fulfilling experience for me. It was with great sadness that I made a decision not the run for a second term, however I know it was the right decision. Lynwood is so blessed in that we have an amazing support system. I have the greatest of confidence that the new PTA board will do a fantastic job. We are all in it for the same purpose, The Children!
